Curating the LO*OP Center Collection
page begun by Liza Loop, Feb. 10, 2015

Introduction

As I've mentioned in many other places on this wiki, a museum is much more than what the visitor sees either on the exhibit floor of a physical museum or the public web pages of a virtual museum. Behind the scenes is a vast amount of work in collecting items, only a small number of which actually appear in exhibits, preserving them, cataloging them and storing them for future use. On this page we will document the work LO*OP Center and its volunteers have done to make HCLE possible.
